Bio
At the dawn of the internet era, after six years as a Flight Attendant and French interpreter for TWA, I became a determined, self-taught journalist writing about whatever I could publish.
Over a short three years, while working as a fact-checker to make money, my byline appeared in several magazines and on the pages of the New York Times. My first few stories were about airlines and plane crashes, but I quickly branched out to write about emerging technologies, business leadership, diplomacy and nightlife.
After a many-years hiatus, my interest in journalism came back as the Covid lockdowns and related uncertainty dragged on. Because of this, my current topic of choice is China’s role in the pandemic and the related spread of disinformation.
